#sponsored Something you may or may not know about me is that I an obsessed with ghosts! And, no, before you ask, I've not had an experience of my own, but I LOVE hearing about them and every time we visit a new place, I try to take a ghost tour. I love to hear about the dark history of a place and what effects it has on the people who reside and visit there. For example, it's been said that in New Orleans, you can take a different ghost tour every night and hear completely different stories - that's how haunted it is! So every time we go, we take a different one to hear them all. (Side note: the story of Zach and Addie is one of the most interesting NOLA ghost/murder stories. Look it up if you don't know what I'm taking about.)

Adam and I spent Halloween in Las Vegas! Vegas has a very dramatic history, if you ask me. Tiny people moving and acting among these giant buildings, life and death, incredible financial loss and gain - the energy is all over the place! Which is why for years I've been trying to do a ghost tour out in Vegas, but it's never worked out, mostly because I couldn't find a company that did them consistently. Enter Las Vegas Ghosts, which offers tours of the strip making numerous stops including the Wynn, The Venetian, and the Flamingo.
You meet with the rest of your group and your tour guide at the top of the rainbow staircase on the northern side of the Fashion Show Mall. There, the tour guide gives you a brief history of Las Vegas, from it's humble, hopeful beginnings to the Goliath leviathan it as become. And thus, your night begins.
Your tour heads down the steps and onto the energetic streets of the strip! At each stop, you stand outside the hotel or casino as the story of what happened, and what continues to happen, is shared with the group. Now, I won't tell you the stories, you've got to book a tour to find out for yourself. But I recommend this tour for even the biggest scaredy cats. The stories are told at a distance, so you can take in the entirety of the building as the tale is told, at a safe and comfortable distance.

The tour is about an hour long and covers about a mile, so wear comfy shoes and keep the weather in mind! When we went it was about 36 degrees, so we were sure to bundle up. We had a wonderful time on our tour, meeting the housing team at UNLV who was also on our tour and listening to the experiences of the entertaining and kind tour guides. Their sarcastic senses of humor really stood out and we found ourselves exchanging stories and ghost tales with other members of the group.
