May the 4th Be With You

Let me take you back to one of my favorite days working here at TVA. Not only was it May the 4th, it was the one year anniversary of our tiki bar (I mean, what?! We don't have a tiki bar!)

For the first half of the day, I disneybounded as a Storm Trooper. R2D2 even paid us a visit!

Shortly after, I changed outfits and we celebrated the 1 year anniversary of...."Thirston's Office" with a piñata!

And once the piñata had been bust open, the party began! I had so much fun coming up with fun and creative Star Wars drinks!

This drink was a champagne based cocktail. Party goers would pick a frozen lightsaber out of the ice and snap it in half, dropping the open end into their glass. As it melts into the champagne, it gives it the flavor and color of the lightsaber.

This drink was "the Force"- it included blue cream soda, vodka, blue curacoa, and tonic water to make it glow under a blacklight!

As always, Mo was in charge of drinks, while we enjoyed the party.

Of course the blacklight was working overtime.

And the decorations were on-point!

All in all, it was the best May the 4th EVER!
